In the 1:1 Neo Emotional Release Session, I offer you a safe space to dive deep into your body and emotions. We work with a combination of bodywork, trigger point therapy, psychosomatics, IFS, energy work, and embodiment practices. The goal is to release blockages and transform deeply rooted emotions.

  • Pregnancy experiences of all kinds

  • Tension in the womb

  • Lack of connection to the womb
